COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling

Metro Community Health Center is currently offering the following COVID-19 vaccines:

  • Pediatric Pfizer: ages 5-11
  • Adolescent/Adult Pfizer: ages 12 and older
  • Adult Moderna: ages 18 and older

Please remember to bring your Insurance Card with you to your vaccination appointment.
